Where is the studio, and where should I park?

We are located at 5555 E Stearns St. in the back parking lot of Trader Joe’s in suite #108. Look for the black awning sign with our logo.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable clothes that you can move, sit, or lay in. Keep in mind that there are times when you will be bending forward, so a shirt that you can tuck in, or won’t fall down may be things to consider.

Do I need to bring
my own gear?

You may bring your own gear, or we have everything you need here: yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets. We got you!

I have an injury,
can I still practice?

If you are coming to practice yoga; with any injury or medical history, it is always important to consult your physician before starting physical activity.

Yoga can be strenuous, and requires mindful movements and proper alignment to ensure a healthy practice. It is up to the practitioner to prevent injury.

If you would like to ask the instructor for modifications before class, you are more than welcome to do so, but this does not ensure that an injury will not occur or worsen. We do our very best to keep everyone safe. In the end, it is up to you to be honest with your body and your limitations.

Cancellation policy

For missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance,  a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. 

However, we understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule an appointment to another available time within the same week, you can do so without any fee. This flexibility ensures that you still get the service you need while helping us manage our schedule effectively.
