FreedOhm Wellness is a holistic wellness and training center anchored in love. With a focus on spirituality and personal expansion, we offer certifications and trainings in yoga teacher training, Reiki energy healing, meditation and continued education for yoga teachers.
Our private services include Empowerment Coaching and Spiritual Counseling, private and/or small group sessions in Reiki energy healing, mindfulness meditation, yoga, and more.
We also curate unique in-office and online corporate wellness programs for companies and corporations seeking a more conscious connection to their work offerings, their employees and the overall well-being of their staff.

Our Mission & Values
Believing that everyone has the capacity to live an enlightened life, our mission and intention is to create an environment - a space in both the physical and metaphysical sense - where healing of the mind, body and spirit, can take place.
We believe one of our greatest gifts in this life is the ability to be a conduit of healing for others. For us, we utilize this gift to hold deep space and assist our clients in removing emotional, physical and spiritual obstacles that may be keeping them from living the highest version of themselves. We offer healing through private (or small group) Wellness Coaching, Meditation & Mindfulness, Reiki Healing, Yoga, and more. It would be our honor to walk with you into this new year.
