FreedOhm Wellness is a holistic wellness and training center anchored in love. With a focus on spirituality and personal expansion, we offer certifications and trainings in yoga teacher training, Reiki energy healing, meditation and continued education for yoga teachers.
Our private services include Empowerment Coaching and Spiritual Counseling, private and/or small group sessions in Reiki energy healing, mindfulness meditation, yoga, and more.
Our weekly group community offerings include yoga, sound bath, spinal energetics, reiki and meditation.
We also curate unique in-office and online corporate wellness programs for companies and corporations seeking a more conscious connection to their work offerings, their employees and the overall well-being of their staff.

Founder & Owner of FreedOhm Wellness • Holistic Health Practitioner & Empowerment Coach • E-RYT 500 Yoga Expert • Reiki Master Teacher
Using over 20 years of experience and 2,000+ hours of training in somatics, trauma-focused yoga, CBT, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing, I co-creates healing spaces where mind, body, and spirit can harmonize, so you can become your own luminous source of transformation.
