Start your week off in a loving community. Join us every Monday evening for a rejuvenating Hatha Vinyasa yoga class designed to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. These 60-minute sessions are suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling grounded and calm.
Whether you’re a beginner seeking gentle guidance or an experienced yogi looking to flow within a loving community, this class offers a welcoming space to connect with your breath, build strength, and release tension.
Led by 2 of our recent FreedOhm Wellness graduates, Megan and Alanah bring both strength and grounded relaxation to their uniquely tailored offerings. Here is a bit more about our yogi's:
Megan is inspired by strength and perseverance and her yoga flows are both grounding and strong. She holds beautiful space for her classes and encourages her students to meet themselves right where they are.
Alanah is inspired by the energy of Earth and the deep wisdom we can all learn from Mother Gaia. Her yoga flows are intentional, compassionate, and loving. Alanah's genuine care and authenticity leave her students feeling supported and held.
