Leo is a passionate, trauma informed holistic practitioner, Yoga Teacher with 400hr YTT and a queer artist. He specializes in Somatic Body Work, & facilitating all levels Yoga, Breath-Work, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Navigating through personal physical & mental health experiences has led him to develop a unique, inclusive and empathetic teaching style. Encouraging exploration at the edge of discomfort, Leo provides a safe space for humans to get curious about their sensations, express themselves fully, and embrace self-compassion. His brand Inhale Indigo focuses on what connects us rather than what separates us and serves as a reminder to breathe. Much gratitude!
