Guided by Reiki Master Teacher, Christine Fogarty, The FreedOhm Wellness Reiki I program is focused on self-healing. Students will learn the history and lineage of this sacred healing modality as well as how to begin utilizing this powerful energy to heal their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual pain. This immersive Usui Reiki I training course also provides students with a deep understanding of the subtle body (the Chakra system) and how these energy centers act as a road map to our overall well being.
